Incredibly grateful I found Elite, I was treated in 2023 for reoccurring hip pain that stopped me deadlifting, and shoulder bursitis. Two years on and I’m still pain free.

Though I was frustrated to have injured myself, coming to get treatment here was as joyful as it was restorative and helpful. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat, and positive. I was expecting the first of those things, but the other three helped a lot too. Such an atmosphere made me excited about my recovery. I worked primarily with Jenna but all the other people I worked with there were marked by a similar expertise and professionalism. Obviously I hope not to be injured again, but if I do, I’d be pleased to receive treatment here again!

I was pretty bummed about injuring myself badly enough while running to have to go to physical therapy, but Elite was great. I mostly worked with Shae and sometimes Sarah. Both of them were really knowledgeable about their field. They gave me a lot of exercises, explained them really clearly, and also explained what the exercises were targeting. Even though not running was frustrating, I felt like I was well taken care of and could feel how I was progressing every session. Everyone is super friendly, and I had a lot of great conversations with Shae, Sarah, and Arsalan in particular. I'm sure at some point or another I'll be dealing with another running injury, and if I'm still in Providence when it happens, I'll definitely be returning here.

I am a rock climber, and climbers are notorious for getting A LOT of injuries. This time it was my neck and left shoulder/lat. I had injured it 6 months prior and was hesitant to go back to PT (after being there 6 months prior for hip issues). I went to see Michelle at Elite Physical Therapy and I could NOT be more impressed with her recovery plan for me. Being a climber, I wanted my recovery to be centered around the body movements of a climber. I told this to Michelle and she just went to work. We set up a plan that would incorporate the same movements a climber executes to build strength in the areas I was experiencing so much pain in. In less than two months my neck and shoulder were completely recovered, and I was climbing stronger than I ever have. She was EXTREMELY flexible with my schedule, regularly squeezing me in if I wanted to come in for an appointment an hour or so early, very accomodating to my preferred recovery method, and an amazing PT specialist. Everyone at Elite was so helpful, fun, warm, and welcoming. From Kayla at the front desk, to Letty (who filled in for Michelle on days she couldn't make it) to Courtney who was assisting Michelle as a student. If you go to any of the locations, MAKE IT GOVERNOR STREET! You won't be disappointed, I promise!

Used Elite Physical Therapy over a year ago for two torn muscles in my left arm. Fully healed and have no effects from the injury. It is like I never injured it. So I had no hesitation in using Elite when I injured my right shoulder this past month. Only my first visit yesterday and already feel like I am off to a good start on my recovery.

I had a great experience at Elite PT. Noelle was exceptional and genuinely invested in my progress and recovery, and the entire team was knowledgeable, proactive, and very helpful throughout the process. I'd recommend Elite PT to anyone looking for high-quality physical therapy.

First time patient here. From the start I found the front desk was extremely welcoming! It was a breath of fresh air. Ryan and Lexy at the front desk helped me out tremendously with getting scheduled as well as helping me with my insurance. I didn't have to lift a finger. Will definitely be coming back! My PT Jenna was very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! Best health care experience by far! (Which is hard to come by these days) so thank you!

The entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable engaged and enthusiastic. They listen and work with the clients to achieve established discussed goals. The facility is maintained throughout the day with fresh linen and disinfected massage tables an equipment after each client. Temperature and tunes are always just right!
